Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering the online instruction we provide to our independent contractor PROs before they begin working on client programs. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and teaching experience; US citizenship or permanent residency is required.

Qualifications

• All instructors must have a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher, preferably related to Education.
• Teaching experience is essential and highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and ability to motivate learning.
• Working from home requires organization and independent drive.

Responsibilities

• Design class curriculum and prepare instructors for quality project work.
• Develop virtual preparation materials and align with client requirements.
• Prepare agents to competently complete projects, including testing and information delivery.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large or ongoing projects.
• Assist with agent scheduling to improve retention and success rates.
• Provide preparation support and respond to PRO questions as needed.
• Document programs and procedures; provide results reporting to management or client.
