Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education programs through operational tasks and process automation. You will manage scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution in collaboration with Finance and Legal.

The role requires 1–3 years of experience and skills in collaboration, communication, and program management. Salesforce and Skilljar experience is preferred. The position offers remote/hybrid work with a total compensation package including bonus and long-term incentives.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in program management or education operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
• Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate attempts.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal collaboration.
• Manage program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale operations.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
