Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education program execution, handling logistics, scheduling, LMS updates, and contract execution with Finance and Legal. This role focuses on automation and process improvements to scale operations across internal systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged attempts.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal.
• Manage program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate trainings across systems.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale manual work.
• Track action items, schedules and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
