Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences. You will also work to automate processes to increase efficiency across education initiatives.

You will coordinate workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates, and program logistics while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to refine contracts and drive scalable training offerings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries in a timely fashion related to various education programs
• Execute training and certification contracts, working with Finance and Legal to refine and improve
• Run program logistics and create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systems and process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders
