This role involves contract execution with Finance and Legal, plus leading logistics, SOPs, and upskilling sessions across internal systems. Salary is competitive, with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program management or education operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
• Experience with Skilljar and AI tools; Salesforce experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate attempts and inquiries for education programs.
• Execute training contracts with Finance and Legal coordination.
• Handle program logistics and create SOPs; enable upskilling sessions.
• Own projects and AI-driven process improvements to scale workflows.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
