Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Specialist to support education programs, handling operational and administrative tasks to ensure smooth delivery of learning experiences.

You will automate workflows, manage LMS updates, coordinate trainings and certifications, and collaborate with Finance and Legal to refine contracts. With 1–3 years of experience, you will drive process improvements and share program updates with stakeholders.

Qualifications

1-3 years' experience in program coordination or training.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools.
Preferred experience with Salesforce and Skilljar.

Responsibilities

Support workspace creation, scheduling, and LMS updates.
Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts.
Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs.
Executes training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal.
Run program logistics and create SOPs; facilitate trainings, workshops, webinars.
Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and eliminate manual processes.
Track action items, schedules, and support timelines for team and stakeholders.
Communicate program updates with stakeholders.
