Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors to deliver online instruction from home for our PROs on virtual call center programs. Candidates must be US residents of listed states and hold a Bachelor's degree with teaching experience.

You will design curricula, prepare agents, and collaborate with the Director of Agent Development to ensure high-quality performance. This fully remote role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver online instruction for Working Solutions PROs
• Prepare agents with project-specific materials
• Collaborate with Director of Agent Development
• Assist with scheduling and onboarding for new projects
• Provide ongoing preparation for active PROs
• Respond to preparation-related questions from PROs
• Document programs and procedures as needed
• Provide results reporting to management or client
