Job summary

Working Solutions is seeking full-time Instructors who will work virtually from home offices, delivering our online instruction to independent contractor PROs as they begin work on virtual call center client programs.

To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of the United States. The role emphasizes curriculum design, training, and delivery of high-quality project preparation, with flexibility for large/ongoing projects and remote teaching tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or higher in education or related field.
Teaching experience is essential – virtual experience is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for remote work.
Willingness to learn and use multiple teaching tools quickly.

Responsibilities

Design class curriculum and prepare Working Solutions PROs for projects.
Research client business and project requirements.
Modify project documentation for virtual preparation methods and timelines.
Develop virtual preparation materials with guidance from the Director of Agent Development.
Prepare agents to complete projects, including testing and sharing information.
Assist Contract Instructors with delivery of project preparation for large/ongoing projects.
Assist with agent scheduling for new projects to improve retention and success.
Provide prep for active PROs to ensure high-quality performance for clients.
Document and implement programs, processes and procedures as needed.
