Working Solutions seeks full-time Instructors to train and prepare Independent Contractors (PROs) for virtual call center programs. Instructors will design curricula, create training materials, and deliver online instruction from home.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree (required) or higher.
• Teaching experience is essential.
• Experience designing curriculum and virtual instruction is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design class curriculum and prepare PROs for projects.
• Deliver virtual instruction and prepare agents for client programs.
• Assist with delivery of project preparation information for large/ongoing projects.
• Support agent scheduling for new projects to improve retention.
• Document and implement training programs and procedures.
