Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an Account Executive to remotely drive growth with universities, instructors, and faculty. The role focuses on building a strong pipeline, demonstrating Labflow and Spark, and guiding decisions through close collaboration with internal teams.

As a hunter in a remote, nationally distributed team, you will travel for campus visits, manage prospects end-to-end, and contribute to a mission-driven education technology company that supports educators and learners alike.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation software.
• ~1 year of college-level teaching experience as tutor, lab TA, lab instructor, or lab coordinator.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of faculty opportunities through direct outreach, campus visits, and CRM logging.
• Deliver online and in-person demonstrations of Labflow and Spark tailored to faculty needs.
• Guide prospective adopters through the decision process to secure adoptions and coordinate with internal teams on content generation.
• Collaborate with Faculty Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support.
• Travel 1–2 trips per month during school terms, with 3–4 days per trip.
