Job summary

Catalyst Education is hiring an Account Executive (Remote) to drive new business with professors and instructors for Labflow and Spark. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to close and collaborate with Faculty Success Managers during onboarding and support.

Required are strong sales skills, prior Edtech or higher-ed experience, and willingness to travel. This remote role offers healthcare, retirement benefits, and flexible PTO, with a focus on shaping the future of digital education.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• ~1 year of college-level teaching experience as a tutor, lab TA, lab instructor, or lab coordinator.
• Experience working with higher education faculty, department heads, and academic decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of faculty opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Deliver compelling online and in-person demonstrations of Labflow and Spark.
• Coordinate with internal teams to generate custom content and drive opportunities to close.
• Travel 1–2 trips per month during school semesters; overnight travel required.
