Job summary

Catalyst Education is seeking an Account Executive (Remote) to drive new university-level opportunities for Labflow and Spark. You will build a strong pipeline, deliver tailored demos, and shepherd adoptions from outreach to close.

The role requires 1 year of Edtech sales and teaching experience, travel 1–2 trips per month during school semesters, and collaboration with Faculty Success Managers for onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• 1 year of college-level teaching experience as a tutor, lab TA, lab instructor, or lab coordinator.
• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation software.
• Experience with online homework systems and/or other instructional technologies.
• Experience in instructional design.
• Experience in a startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & pipeline generation by direct outreach and campus visits.
• Deliver online and in-person demos of Labflow and Spark.
• Guiding prospective adopters through the decision process and driving adoption to close.
• Collaborating with Faculty Success Managers for onboarding and support.
• Sharing insights to improve sales strategy and pipeline health.
