Job summary

Catalyst Education is hiring a self-driven Account Executive for a remote, full-time position in the US market. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, engaging university faculty, and delivering product demonstrations of Labflow and Spark to drive faculty adoptions.

The successful candidate will nurture prospects, manage the complete sales cycle, and collaborate with Faculty Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of sales or support experience in Edtech.
• Experience working with higher education faculty or academic administrators is preferred.
• Ability to travel 1–2 trips per month during school terms.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a pipeline of faculty opportunities through direct outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, campus visits).
• Deliver compelling online and in-person demos of Labflow and Spark to faculty and committees.
• Guide prospects through the decision process, coordinating with internal teams on content and adoption requirements.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager to review pipeline health and contribute to strategy.
• Travel and in-person engagements are a regular part of the role.
