Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in an e-discovery environment.
• Experience hosting services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Understand and interpret client requirements within the context of eDiscovery processes.
• Consult with clients on utilizing Epiq's Relativity services.
• Coordinate internal processes across Epiq departments to meet client objectives.
• Represent Epiq in client interactions and with third-party service providers.
• Supervise CS team and provide regular project updates.
