Job summary

Contact Discovery Services, based in Washington, DC, is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager to administer and manage casework across the EDRM with a primary focus on Relativity. The role requires extensive Relativity administration experience and a consultative approach with clients and attorneys.

You will collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver complex, fast-paced projects and develop innovative workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Relativity administrator experience in litigation support
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM)
• Understanding of litigation lifecycle or experience managing litigations
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize multiple deadlines
• Experience troubleshooting applications and conveying results to support teams

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent eDiscovery and litigation projects within Relativity from processing through review and production
• Administer Relativity infrastructure including servers, objects, dashboards, searches, and analytics
• Provide reporting on workspace metrics and user activity
• Perform quality checks on work products prior to production or escalation
• Collaborate with PMs, attorneys, BD team and other staff across departments
• Develop custom workflows to fit client needs within the EDRM
• Provide engineering support to the business development team
• Mentor junior team members and provide escalation points and training
