Qualifications

• 5+ years Relativity administrator experience in the litigation support industry.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple eDiscovery projects within Relativity from processing through production.
• Administer Relativity infrastructure including users, permissions, fields, dashboards, and workflows.
• Provide workspace metrics and reports to case administrators.
• Develop custom workflows to fit client needs across the EDRM.
• Mentor junior team members and support business development.
