Contact Discovery Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Relativity administration experience to oversee complex eDiscovery projects across the EDRM lifecycle. The role emphasizes administering Relativity, developing custom workflows, and delivering precise case metrics.

Ideal candidates will hold a Relativity Certified Administrator certification, have 5+ years of Relativity experience in litigation support, and demonstrate excellent communication with attorneys, support

Qualifications

5+ years Relativity administrator experience in the litigation support industry.
Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office suite.

Responsabilités

Manage multiple eDiscovery projects within Relativity from processing through production.
Administer Relativity infrastructure including users, permissions, fields, dashboards, and workflows.
Provide workspace metrics and reports to case administrators.
Develop custom workflows to fit client needs across the EDRM.
Mentor junior team members and support business development.
