Job summary

Contact Discovery Services in Denver/Remote is seeking a Senior Project Manager with deep Relativity expertise to administer and manage complex eDiscovery casework from processing through production. You will collaborate with attorneys, engineers, and clients to implement efficient, scalable workflows within Relativity Server and RelativityOne.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Relativity administrator experience in litigation support.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM).
• Understanding of litigation lifecycle and case management.
• Proficiency with Windows OS and Office suite.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
• Experience troubleshooting applications and supporting teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to deliver complex, deadline-driven projects.
• Manage Relativity workspaces, users, permissions, fields, and dashboards from processing to production.
• Provide case metrics reports to administrators and attorneys.
• Perform quality checks and analyses on work products before production.
• Support Relativity Server and RelativityOne environments.
• Develop custom workflows through the EDRM for client needs.
• Assist business development with technical insights and scoping.
• Mentor junior team members and provide escalation support.
