Job summary

Contact Discovery Services LLC is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Project Manager in a remote role. The position focuses on administering and managing casework throughout the EDRM with emphasis on Relativity.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Relativity administration experience, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of the litigation lifecycle. Collaboration with multiple teams and potential engineering input are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Relativity administrator experience in litigation support.
• Relativity Certified Administrator certification.
• Effective written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM).
• Understanding of litigation lifecycle and case management.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex eDiscovery and litigation projects within Relativity from processing through review and production.
• Administer Relativity workspace settings, users, groups, permissions, fields, dashboards, searches, and batch sets.
• Provide case metrics reports and perform quality checks on work products.
• Develop custom workflows tailored to client needs within the EDRM scope.
• Collaborate with attorneys, project managers, and support staff to ensure timely delivery.
