Job summary

Contact Discovery Services LLC is seeking an Associate Project Manager to administer and manage eDiscovery casework, focusing on Relativity within the EDRM. This remote role requires availability to work East Coast hours and collaboration across multiple teams.

The ideal candidate has Relativity experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of the litigation lifecycle, data sources, and project coordination in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience administering legal document review platforms; Relativity preferred.
• Clear verbal and written communication with technical & non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of the electronic discovery reference model (EDRM).
• General knowledge of litigation lifecycle or experience managing litigations.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and the Office product suite.
• Developing organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with all other departments to complete complex projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Administering Relativity platform users, groups, permissions, fields, choices, layouts, views, dashboards, searches, STRs, batch sets, dtSearch indexes, processing, imaging, and productions.
• Provide reporting to case administrators related to workspace metrics, user activity, or other requested document-based metrics.
• Perform quality checks and detailed analysis on work product prior to document production or additional levels of review.
• Consultation to case teams for document review, production, and data searching workflows.
• Knowledge of Relativity Server and RelativityOne.
