Job summary

MTM, Inc. is seeking a Regional Ambulance Manager (East) to oversee ambulance vendor recruitment, network management, and provider satisfaction.

This remote role allows location anywhere within the East region of the United States, with travel up to 25% as needed. You will manage end-to-end vendor onboarding, monitor performance, negotiate costs, and collaborate with the Mobile Integrated Health team to expand community paramedicine services.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting ambulance vendors and managing regional vendor networks.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to analyze costs, performance metrics and service levels.
• Excellent communication with internal teams, partners and clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment of ambulance vendors across the East region.
• Maintain and grow provider relationships to ensure geographic coverage and service quality.
• Negotiate pricing, coverage expectations and service levels with providers.
• Monitor vendor performance against metrics and budgets; drive cost containment initiatives.
• Coordinate with Mobile Integrated Health teams to optimize community paramedicine and in-home services.
• Ensure compliance with MTM policies, contracts, and regulatory requirements.
