Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive rapid growth across the East Coast region in a fully remote role with travel as needed. You will identify opportunities, position products, and lead regional sales initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve above-quota results.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–5+ years of sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to work remotely from approved locations within the central East

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field required.
• 4-5+ years of related sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and regulations, including UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics.
• Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively position our products.
• Drive innovation by pinpointing product gaps and championing new product development projects.
• Regional Sales Leadership: Working closely with the Manufacturers’ representative to provide guidance, support and progression in assigned regions.
• Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor to solve problems, remove barriers, and provide exceptional value, ensuring customer needs are met while fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
• Product Presentation: Present and explain our product features and benefits to customers, using technical knowledge to demonstrate how our products meet their needs.
• Channel Alignment: Engage with both national and regional channel partners to leverage their exposure and resources to earn share in the market.
• Collaboration: Team up with inside sales, product management, and other departments to develop winning sales strategies, improve product offerings, and deliver above-quota growth.
