Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years in business development, application engineering, or technical sales in an industrial environment.
- Experience with engineered-to-order (ETO) or customized industrial products.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and customer requirements.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across engineering, product management, and sales.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth across North America for Clutches & Brakes.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Partner with customers, distributors, OEMs, and engineering teams to translate requirements into engineered solutions.
- Support ETO opportunities from concept through implementation.
- Travel to customer/distributor locations to strengthen relationships.
