Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp is hiring a Business Development Manager for the Data Centers vertical. The role is 100% remote within the United States, with travel up to 50% to customer sites, and reports to the Director, Business Development, Data Centers. You’ll drive go-to-market strategy and build channel partnerships nationwide.

Offer includes base salary, an incentive bonus, uncapped commissions, and strong growth opportunities in a fast‑growing data center market segment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience in data center electrical infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success achieving sizable quota.
• Experience selling complex engineered-to-order products to end users.

Responsibilities

• Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
• Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market plan.
• Support by commercial leadership with estimating, project management, and service execution teams.
• Deliver integrated product and service solutions fostering lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators and contractors.
