Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp seeks a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Clutches & Brakes portfolio across North America. You will partner with Specialty Distribution, engineering, and commercial leadership to deliver engineered solutions that meet customer needs.

The role blends technical credibility with business development, expanding executive relationships and shaping market strategy. Remote work is allowed with travel across North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline is required.
• 10+ years in BD, applications engineering, or sales roles in an industrial setting.
• Experience with engineered-to-order or configured solutions.
• Ability to read technical drawings and customer requirements.
• Proven track record of growing customer relationships and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across Specialty Distribution channels and North America accounts.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Serve as technical and commercial expert for Clutches & Brakes portfolio.
• Engage with customers, distributors, OEMs, and end users to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate customer requirements into engineered solutions with engineering teams.
• Support ETO and custom opportunities from concept to implementation.
• Influence product specifications and expand customer relationships.
