Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a National Account Manager for Distribution Accounts, focused on growth within large strategic distribution channels. This role drives revenue through multi-year contracts, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven account management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration or 10+ years of relevant experience.
8+ years of HVAC/R, pool and spa, power transmission, or industrial sales roles via distribution.
Experience in sales, product, engineering or marketing management.
Experience building and converting a CRM opportunity funnel.
Strong customer orientation with ability to build executive level relationships.

Responsibilities

Establishes and maintains strong relationships with C-Suite, Corporate Processes and Field leadership.
Develop and implement an annual sales and marketing plan (AOP).
Manage and measure through analytics, insights and reporting.
Engage with engineering, legal and other departments to complete specifications and contracts.
Attend product training and travel 50%+.
