Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks an Area Sales Manager to grow Kollmorgen product sales across the Mid-Atlantic. You will build new OEM and machine builder relationships, influence purchasing decisions, and expand share on new and existing designs.

This role requires up to 50% travel and collaboration with distributor teams, field support, and account planning to meet targets. You will guide customers to tailored solutions and maintain CRM activity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years outside technical sales; motion control experience preferred.
• Travel up to 50% in the defined territory.
• Experience selling through OEMs and distributors is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop new OEM and machine builder accounts in NY, PA, NJ, MD.
• Drive specification on new designs and share gain on existing designs.
• Travel up to 50% and collaborate with distributor teams.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Applications, PMs and other teams.
• Maintain CRM and execute disciplined account planning and funnel management.
