Job summary

Regal Rexnord seeks a remote Business Development Manager to drive rapid growth across the East Coast region. You will identify, secure, and grow new customers, understand their needs, and present products while supporting new development and maintaining strong relationships.

The role requires 4-5+ years of sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a hunter mindset with the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4-5+ years of related sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales objectives.
• Deep understanding of industry standards and regulations, including UL, IEEE, NEC, and IEC.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of customer and market dynamics.
• Exceptional ability to prospect, qualify, and close new customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region. Understand market trends and customer needs to position our products effectively.
• Provide guidance and progression in assigned regions in collaboration with the Manufacturers’ representative.
• Act as a trusted advisor to solve problems and maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Present and explain product features and benefits with technical depth to meet customer needs.
• Engage with national and regional channel partners to gain market share.
• Collaborate with inside sales, product management, and other departments to develop winning sales strategies.
