Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive rapid growth across the East Coast region in a fully remote role with travel as needed. You will identify opportunities, position products, and lead regional sales initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve above-quota results.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–5+ years of sales experience, a hunter mentality, and the ability to work remotely from approved locations within the central East

Responsibilities

  • Regional Sales Leadership: Working closely with the Manufacturers’ representative to provide guidance, support and progression in assigned regions.
  • Customer Success: Act as a trusted advisor to solve problems, remove barriers, and provide exceptional value, ensuring customer needs are met while fostering satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Presentation: Present and explain our product features and benefits to customers, using technical knowledge to demonstrate how our products meet their needs.
  • Channel Alignment: Engage with both national and regional channel partners to leverage their exposure and resources to earn share in the market.
  • Collaboration: Team up with inside sales, product management, and other departments to develop winning sales strategies, improve product offerings, and deliver above-quota growth.

This role can be performed remotely from an approved location, with flexibility based on business needs and applicable requirements. ____________________ This is a fully remote role based in the central East Coast states, with travel as needed.

SCOPE OF ROLE

The Business Development Manager will drive rapid growth by achieving aggressive sales targets across the East Coast region. This role focuses on identifying, securing, and growing new customers; understanding customer needs; presenting suitable products; supporting new product development; and maintaining strong customer relationships. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a builder mindset who is eager to demonstrate their ability to build and grow a regional territory above market levels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned region.
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to effectively position our products.
  • Drive innovation by pinpointing product gaps and championing new product development projects.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 4-5+ years of related sales experience preferred

This fully remote role requires extensive travel within the assigned territory, and the individual must live in or around the central East Coast states.

Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without requiring company sponsorship to obtain or keep U.S. work authorization.

Salary Range

$100,000 - $120,000 USD + bonus The salary range reflects the company’s base pay compensation for this position. Actual salary will depend on several factors, including worksite location, geographic market, skills, experience, education, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
