Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to serve as the trusted technical advisor for Idira, focusing on application-level and Agentic AI secrets management. You will demonstrate value to customers, position Idira solutions, and help secure machine identities across DevOps pipelines and hybrid environments.

You will build demos, run POCs, translate requirements into architectures, and contribute to training sessions and workshops.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity or DevOps tooling.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices and tools including CI/CD, containers, and orchestration.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Programming experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js; scripting in PowerShell or Bash.
• Familiarity with modern authentication approaches like SPIFFE/SPIRE and REST APIs.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value propositions.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations for Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations and position Idira’s value to win technical deals.
• Serve as a technical advisor for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to articulate value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand environments and security goals.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures and deployment strategies.
• Influence product direction with PM/R&D and stay current on industry trends.
• Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and client trainings.
• Travel as needed for meetings and on-site workshops.
