Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Domain Consultant to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team. You will be the trusted advisor for Idira solutions, helping customers secure machine identities and secrets across DevOps pipelines, cloud-native apps, AI agents, and hybrid infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity/DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Understanding of cryptographic security technologies (SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, HSMs).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows to optimize engineering processes.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js; scripting with PowerShell or Bash; able to work with REST APIs.
• Familiarity with AI orchestration, prompt engineering, or integrating AI agents in development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex concepts into business value.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations for Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations with prospective customers and position Idira’s value.
• Act as the technical expert for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to articulate value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand environments, challenges, and security goals.
• Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence product direction.
• Stay up to date on DevOps trends, CI/CD, Agentic AI frameworks, and best practices.
• Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions to clients and internal teams.
• Travel as needed to meet customers or attend conferences.
