Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team. You will be the trusted technical advisor for Idira solutions, focusing on application-level and agentic AI secrets management.

You’ll work with sales, product, and engineering to position, demo, and evaluate Idira to customers, helping secure machine identities and secrets across pipelines, cloud-native apps, and hybrid environments.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role, ideally in cybersecurity and/or DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Experience with agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows to optimize engineering processes.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• REST APIs experience and scripting with PowerShell or Bash.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations for Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations of Idira products with prospects and position value to win technically.
• Act as the technical expert for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to articulate value to stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand customer environments and security goals.
• Translate requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated on DevOps trends, CI/CD, and AI frameworks.
• Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training for clients and internal teams.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and attend conferences.
