Job summary

Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a passionate Solutions Engineer to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team.

You will be the trusted technical advisor to customers, focusing on Application-Level and Agentic AI secrets management, and you will work closely with sales, product management and engineering to position Idira solutions. In this role you will demonstrate value, run POCs, and deliver technical workshops and trainings while building relationships and technical trust with customers

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity/DevOps.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Knowledge of cryptographic security (SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, HSMs).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Bash; REST APIs.
• Curiosity about DevOps and AI orchestration.
• Ability to distill complex concepts into business value.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience RFIs/RFPs responses.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demos and sales presentations.
• Conduct POC evaluations and position value to win.
• Act as technical expert for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to articulate value of Idira’s solutions.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, challenges, and security goals.
• Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence direction and resolve issues.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and DevOps/Agentic AI.
• Assist in marketing to generate pipeline and leads.
• Deliver technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions.
• Travel as needed to meet customers or attend conferences.
