Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a passionate Domain Consultant to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team. You will serve as a trusted technical adviser on Idira solutions, focusing on machine identity security across DevOps pipelines, cloud-native apps, AI Agents, and hybrid infrastructure.

You will collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to demonstrate value, conduct POCs, and build trusted customer relationships while staying current with industry trends in DevOps and AI

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity/DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with cryptographic security technologies (SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, HSMs).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
• Ability to work with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of AI orchestration and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations for Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations and position Idira’s value to win technical deals.
• Act as the technical expert for machine identity security during the sales cycle.
• Partner with Account Executives to communicate value to technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand environments, challenges, and security goals.
• Translate customer requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence product direction.
• Stay up to date on DevOps trends and agentic AI frameworks.
• Assist in marketing to generate pipeline and leads.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and training sessions to clients and internal teams.
