Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join a remote DevOps-focused team. You will act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, focusing on application-level and Agentic AI secrets management, working closely with sales, product, and engineering to position Idira solutions and secure machine identities across pipelines and hybrid infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity or DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins).
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows to optimize processes.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js and scripting (PowerShell or Bash).
• Familiarity with AI orchestration, prompt engineering, and integrating AI agents into development lifecycles.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to showcase Idira technology.
• Conduct POC evaluations and position Idira’s value to win technical deals.
• Serve as the technical expert for machine identity security in the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to articulate value to stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand environments, challenges, and security goals.
• Translate requirements into solution architecture and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated on DevOps trends, Agentic AI frameworks, and best practices.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and training to clients and internal teams.
• Travel as needed for customer meetings and on-site workshops.
