Palo Alto Networks, Inc. is seeking a passionate Solutions Engineer to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team. You will be the trusted technical advisor for customers on Idira solutions, focusing on Application-Level and Agentic AI secrets management.

This role partners with sales, product management, and engineering to demonstrate and evaluate Idira offerings, helping customers secure machine identities across DevOps pipelines and hybrid infrastructures.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role.
• Strong DevOps understanding across CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes.
• Understanding of cryptographic technologies such as SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Development experience in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Scripting with PowerShell or Bash.
• Ability to work with REST APIs.
• Curiosity about DevOps trends and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with AI agent integration in development lifecycles.
• Excellent communication and RFIs/RFPs handling.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Conduct POC evaluations and position Idira’s value.
• Act as technical expert for machine identity security during sales.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to articulate value to stakeholders.
• Conduct technical discovery to understand environments and goals.
• Translate requirements into solution architecture and deployment plans.
• Collaborate with product management and R&D to influence direction.
• Stay updated on DevOps trends, CI/CD, and AI frameworks.
• Deliver workshops, webinars, and client trainings.
• Travel as needed to meet customers and attend events.
