Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our DevOps Domain Consulting team. You will be the trusted technical advisor for Idira solutions, focusing on application-level and agentic AI secrets management across DevOps pipelines and hybrid infrastructure.

You will work with sales, product management, and engineering to demonstrate value, run PoCs, and help customers secure machine identities and secrets. Remote role with global collaboration across geographies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering role in cybersecurity/DevOps tooling.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Jenkins.
• Knowledge of SSL/TLS, SSH, PKI, and HSMs.
• Experience with Agentic AI frameworks, LLMs, or autonomous AI workflows.
• Languages: Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.
• Scripting: PowerShell or Bash; REST APIs.
• Curious about DevOps trends and AI orchestration.
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM or secrets management; Zero Trust is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deliver product demos and sales presentations for Idira technology.
• Lead POC evaluations and articulate Idira's value to customers.
• Act as technical advisor for machine identity security during sales cycles.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to communicate business value.
• Conduct technical discovery sessions to map customer needs.
• Translate requirements into solution architectures and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging DevOps tools.
• Support marketing efforts to generate pipeline and lead growth.
• Deliver technical workshops and training to clients and internal teams.
• Travel to meet customers and attend conferences.
