Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Experience supporting production of complex client documents (technical reports, memos, proposals).
• Experience developing and maintaining Word templates and document automation solutions.
• Experience proofreading, readability improvements, and editorial review.

Responsibilities

• Apply BC style guides and templates across documents.
• Develop and maintain company templates for consistent branding.
• Perform readability reviews and editing to ensure clear content flow.
• Ensure compliance with BC document standards at all times.
• Lead final document reviews for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and teams to gather requirements.
• Create customized Word templates for client projects.
