Brown and Caldwell, Inc. is seeking an experienced Document Specialist to provide high-quality document formatting and production support for technical reports, memoranda, and client deliverables.

You will apply company and client standards using Microsoft Word and PDF tools to produce polished, accessible documents. The role involves collaborating with engineers, project managers, and other team members, managing multiple deadlines, and potentially assisting with proofreading, template

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Experience developing and troubleshooting Word templates and document automation.
• Experience with document accessibility and compliance.
• Experience coordinating multiple deliverables in deadline-driven environments.
• Proficiency in Word and PDF tools to produce client deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Apply BC style guide and client requirements to documents.
• Develop and maintain company templates for consistency across BC documents.
• Perform readability reviews and necessary editing for smooth content flow.
• Lead final document reviews for accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other teams to gather document requirements.
• Create customized Word templates tailored to client/project needs.
