Brown and Caldwell is seeking an experienced Document Specialist to provide high-quality document formatting and production support for technical reports and client deliverables. The role focuses on applying company and client standards using Word and PDF tools.

You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other team members, manage multiple assignments to tight deadlines, develop templates, ensure accessibility, and contribute to final reviews and PDF creation.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PDF software.
• Attention to detail and strong formatting skills.
• Ability to apply styles, templates, and accessibility best practices.

Responsibilities

• Apply BC style guides and templates to documents.
• Perform readability reviews and light editing for clarity.
• Develop and maintain Word templates and document automation.
• Manage document formatting, pagination, and table/figure captions.
