Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years related work experience.
• Experience developing and maintaining Word templates and document automation.
• Proficiency in applying company and client style guides.
• Strong proofreading, editing, and readability skills.
• Familiarity with document accessibility requirements and digital signatures.

Responsibilities

• Apply BC style guides to documents and client deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and customize Word templates for projects.
• Perform detailed formatting, readability checks, and final reviews.
• Coordinate document version control and secure storage.
• Collaborate with engineers and PMs to gather formatting requirements.
