Qualifications

• Typically, a minimum of 4 years related work experience.
• Experience developing, customizing, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft Word templates and document automation.
• Experience with document accessibility and proofreading for professional and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Apply BC Style Guide standards and templates to documents.
• Develop and maintain company templates and ensure uniformity across BC documents.
• Perform readability reviews and necessary editing to ensure smooth content flow.
• Lead and coordinate final document reviews for accuracy and quality.
• Support proofreading, PDF production, and document accessibility as needed.
