Zusammenfassung

SHI is seeking a Dispatcher to join its Modern Workplace Services team. This remote, work-from-home role supports a 24/7 operation and involves receiving service requests, creating tickets, and dispatching work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs.

You will communicate with SHI employees and customers via phone, Teams, and email to ensure timely service delivery and accurate ticketing. Evening and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifikationen

Experience in dispatcher or call center/help desk roles.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Aufgaben

Receive service requests from customers and create tickets.
Communicate with internal teams and customers via telephone, Teams, and email.
Monitor and oversee call assignments to ensure proper dispatch.
Make system corrections based on field feedback.
Monitor email for service requests and critical communications.
Update technician schedules to reflect changes.
Verify service requests include complete customer information.
Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and on-call overnight hours.
