Job summary

SHI is seeking a Dispatcher to join the Modern Workplace Services team in a remote, work-from-home capacity supporting a 24/7 operation. You will receive service requests, create tickets, and dispatch Field Service Technicians for IT and point-of-sale repairs.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers and internal teams, monitoring assignments, updating schedules, and ensuring complete dispatch details for every ticket. Flexibility for evenings and on-call hours is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in dispatching or call-center roles preferred.
• Basic familiarity with SharePoint and document management helpful.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests from customers and create tickets in the call management system.
• Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams via phone, Teams, and email.
• Monitor assignments and adjust schedules and priorities as needed.
• Verify completeness of customer information for successful dispatch.
• Work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and on-call hours.
