SHI is seeking a Dispatcher to join our Modern Workplace Services (MWS) team in a remote, work-from-home capacity supporting a 24/7 operation. You will receive service requests, create tickets, and dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for IT and POS hardware repairs, coordinating with SHI personnel and customers by phone, Teams, and email.

The role requires effective communication, reliability, and the ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and on-call

Qualifications

• Receive service requests and create tickets in the call management system.
• Dispatch work orders to Field Service Technicians for hardware repairs.
• Communicate with internal teams and customers via phone, Teams, and email.
• Monitor and oversee call assignments and technician schedules.
• Work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, with on-call overnight hours.

Responsabilités

• Receive service requests from customers and create corresponding tickets for technician assignments.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and SHI customers via telephone, Teams, and email.
• Monitor and oversee call assignments to ensure service requests are properly handled.
• Make necessary system corrections based on field feedback and update technician schedules.
• Verify complete customer information and required details for successful dispatch.
