ABC Legal Services seeks a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure legal documents are claimed, dispatched, and completed promptly. You will coordinate with servers and internal partners in a fast-paced, data-driven setting, focusing on timely delivery and accuracy.

The role is remote but located in Kentucky, with a full-time schedule and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and more.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, operations coordination, or a similar fast-paced, communication-heavy role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escrow issues appropriately.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.
• Proven ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow established processes with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job by reaching out to the primary server and nearby servers.
• Identify jobs unable to be claimed due to missing customer information.
• Resolve and escalate to teams if needed.
• Monitor and report trends in stuck jobs.
• Review unclaimed zip codes in assigned states and coordinate with servers and recruiters.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing additional coverage due to volume or coverage gaps.
