ABC Legal Services is seeking a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of legal documents. This remote role is located in Mississippi and requires coordinating with servers and internal teams to claim, dispatch, and complete jobs efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in dispatch or fast-paced operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage high-volume tasks. Pay is $18.00 per hour with full-time schedule Thursday–Monday 8am–5pm CST.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching or fast-paced roles.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage high-volume tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify and contact servers to claim or dispatch a job.
• Resolve missing customer information blocking claims.
• Monitor trends in stuck jobs and report to leadership.
• Notify recruiter when coverage is needed due to volume.
