ABC Legal Services is hiring a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure timely delivery of legal documents. You will claim, dispatch, and complete jobs, coordinating with servers and internal teams to keep operations smooth.

The role is remote but anchored in Kansas and thrives in a metrics-driven environment. Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in dispatch or operations coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and comfort using internal tools and map-based systems.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or similar fast-paced roles.
• Strong ability to organize high-volume tasks and shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify servers to claim jobs via primary/nearby servers using Skye, maps, and outreach.
• Resolve missing customer information blocking claims or dispatches.
• Escalate to teams when needed and report trends in stuck jobs.
• Coordinate with recruiters to cover locations with rising volume.
