ABC Legal Services seeks a Dispatch Coordinator to ensure timely claiming, dispatching, and completion of process server jobs. You will coordinate with servers and internal teams in a fast-paced environment, using Skye and maps to keep operations smooth.

This remote role is located in Louisiana and offers a dynamic, metrics-driven setting. Ideal candidates thrive in high-demand environments with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills to resolve issues and improve coverage

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination.
• Strong organizational skills for high-volume tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Able to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and escalate issues.
• Comfortable with digital tools, internal platforms, and map-based systems.
• Must work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Reliable, consistent, and able to follow processes with high accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim by contacting primary and nearby servers via Skye and channels.
• Flag jobs missing customer info preventing claim/dispatch.
• Escalate and resolve issues with the relevant teams.
• Monitor trends in stuck jobs and report increases.
• Review unclaimed zip codes and coordinate with servers and recruiters to improve coverage.
• Notify recruiter about locations needing more coverage due to volume.
