This remote position is located in Iowa, offering full-time hours, with a schedule Thursday–Monday from 8am–5pm CST. Pay is $18.00 per hour, plus standard benefits.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in dispatching or fast-paced roles.
• Strong organization and prioritization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to analyze information and resolve issues.
• Proficient with digital tools and map-based systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals.
• Reliable and follows established processes with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Monitor skye task board for aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job by reaching out to the primary server and nearby servers using skye, the map, and tools (text, phone, email).
• Identify jobs that are unclaimable due to missing customer information (county or zip code, missing server names).
• Resolve and escalate to teams if needed.
• Monitor and report trends in stuck jobs.
• Review unclaimed zip codes in assigned states and coordinate with servers and regional recruiter to improve coverage.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing additional coverage due to volume, unclaimed zip codes, or vendor issues.
