This remote role is located in Arkansas with standard business hours, requiring strong communication, organization, and the ability to navigate internal platforms like Skye and mapping tools to drive efficient service of process.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in dispatching, customer service, or operations coordination.
• Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze information, identify roadblocks, and elevate issues.
• Comfortable navigating digital tools and map-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor Skye task board to identify aging unclaimed jobs.
• Identify a server to claim the job via primary server contact and nearby servers.
• Resolve missing customer information blocking claim or dispatch.
• Elevate issues to teams when needed.
• Report trends in stuck jobs and rising patterns.
• Review unclaimed zip codes with servers and recruiters for coverage.
• Notify recruiter of locations needing additional coverage due to volume.
